All AutoScan QA Ltd employees must complete a 12 week probation period. During this time they will accompany an experienced ASQA member and will be employed on a range of inspection and rework activities.

Throughout this period, regular visits are carried out by our recruitment officer to assess the probationer on his/her performance aspects including work practice skills, health and safety awareness, interpersonal skills and development potential. The ASQA coordinator responsible for the new member is also consulted in order to create a accurate profile.

Upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period, a training and development matrix is maintained to promote continual development of employee skills.

All personnel are fully uniformed having been selected on the basis of the most appropriate skills and experience for the assignment..
