We have highly skilled Quality Managers, engineers and inspection staff who are selected both for their technical and communication skills and ability to totally integrate with your own workforce. They fully understand the demands of the industry and the level of commitment expected to service you and your customer efficiently.

All AutoScan QA Ltd employees must complete a 12 week probation period. During this time they will accompany an experienced ASQA member and will be employed on a range of inspection and rework activities.

Throughout this period, regular visits are carried out by our recruitment officer to assess the probationer on various aspects of his/her job spec. including, health & safety, attitude and work practises, the ASQA coordinator responsible for the new member is also consulted in order to create a accurate profile.

Upon completion of the probation period an assessment matrix is completed and utilized to promote continued development of our employee skills. An individual training record is kept on all ASQA personnel to document their progress and training while employed by AutoScan.

All personnel are uniformed and professional to meet Health, Safety and Environmental requirements, and are selected to ensure that the best skills and experience are matched to the appropriate assignment.
