New Business in the North - June 2008

Since the opening of the office based in Bishop Auckland, County Durham earlier this year we are pleased to announce that a number of single service provider accounts have been agreed with numerous ‘World Class’ first and second tier automotive and engineering companies. The Regional Manager of the office Mr Darren Ellis commented, ‘the office has progressed far quicker than anyone could have anticipated with almost twenty full time employees working at various businesses across the North East. He continued ‘For every company that we have carried out work for so far we have been nominated as either single service provider or preferred service provider. This I strongly believe is because of the skill level of our employees working across the business, the level of service / experience provided and also the industry leading on line reporting systems. These daily reports have proven to be invaluable to our customer base in assisting them in the implementation of robust and effective corrective actions to eliminate future concerns. Mr Ellis added ‘the level of service offered by AutoScan as a business effectively assists all our customers with their concern resolution process as we manage their concerns on their behalf’. ‘I believe that we have a very bright future here in the North of England and we are currently working with a number of major automotive businesses to manage all of their supplier concerns. This will allow our customers to use their own personnel to manage their own internal issues and significantly relieve the burden of the management of day to day supplier issues as we take care of everything.
